Could anyone show to your physical eyes emotions like pain, anger, love, jealousy ?

All these exist but cannot be physically seen with the eyes.In a similar vein God exists but cannot be seen with the physical eye.
Some may argue that modern technology can reflect these emotions in a scientific instrument, yes it can but these emotions can never be seen with the naked eye.

If someone told you that you that a Boeing 777 flying emerged accidently from nowhere you would think he is crazy since that cannot be as it had to be manufactured by some folks and planned out to fly.
In a similar manner the perfect harmony of the planets, the rising of the sun and its setting could not have been by accident, but the work of a mighty force the Creator,God Almighty..
Kelly C my friend yes you can see the reaction but you can never see with your eyes the pain. When you watch a movie or a play you see the anger or love of the actor, but is he really angry or in love?

When we see someone asleep we presume he is sleeping peacefully looking at him but in fact he maybe in the midst of a nightmare undergoing immense suffering. The eyes sometimes fools us.

yeah, facial expressions. : ) It’d be nice if I could have a nice mansion that magically appears with all the proper plumbing, wiring, and everything else a house needs. Too bad life doesnt work that way. Everything has to be designed and created by someone. Everything. No exceptions.

    You’re a little new here, I take it. :)

A black eye is direct evidence of all 4 of those.

The 777 apearing out of nowhere is more likey to happen than a god having always existed.

Believe me, if I’m angry you will be able to see it and you’ll feel the pain. And using that tired old loveogy of the 747 or 777 is just sad and shows an incredible ignorance of evolution.

yes! You can tell if someone is sick or in pain (closed, tired, heavy eyelids), or happy (wide, bright, big)

And yet it is okay for people to think that a God (a much more complex entity) could somehow emerge from nowhere.

    No. But they DO exist!

It’s arrogant to buttume that your God or anyone else’s created the universe and what we perceive to be existence.

First off, if there are other Gods which were involved in creation, you’re ignoring them in favor of yours.

Secondly and more importantly, we’re only human and don’t nearly know everything. We haven’t even visited Mars yet and you think that’s enough basis by which to buttume you know for an incontrovertible fact that God is responsible for creation?

    Right.

Obviously you have never had a cat or dog.. all those emotions are there to see in the body language. I can see pain, anger, love and jealousy just as clearly as you can see and read these words. I can hear it and feel it too.. does not my dog yelp in pain when the bee stings him? he also tucks his tail between his legs in his fear from the pain, and in anger he may snap at all other bees after. The love I see in my cats eyes is plain for all eyes to see.. when I speak to her she purrs out her love for me, and throws herself upon my legs in her joyous affection. Can one not see the jealousy in a dogs eyes and actions when affection is bestowed upon another in their presence? I can see all those emotions and more clearly written in the faces of my pets. You would have to be blind indeed not to see the physical manifestations of emotion… in people or in pets.

Ps as for your second argument.. I ask have you never picked up a rock or piece of driftwood and been amazed at how it looks exactly like a horse or maybe a bird etc? Does that automatically mean someone carved it? that it had to have a designer who meant for it to appear that way? I don’t see how.. I have a piece of driftwood that looks exactly like a snake it even has eyes and all.. nature shaped it that way not the hand of man or a divine creator merely chance.. the wind, the rain, the sand and waters shaped it by chance to look like a snake.. chance is the greatest creator… no you cannot get a working watch by shaking all the pieces together in a bag for all eternity, but by chance you can get rocks and wood that look like living creatures, lichen painted murals that look like sunsets, and so much more.. nature creates by chance occurence, not by divinity.

PPS yes the eyes can sometimes be fooled by say an actor, but truly you can “feel” emotion as well as see it. When it is genuine not pantomimed the difference is clear… there is a reason we say things like “You could cut the tension with a knife” or “The anger in the room was palpable”. Genuine emotions can be seen, heard and “felt” coming from others. God can neither be seen, felt or heard .. at least not in the same measurable way as emotions. The way I see it everything that truly exists can either be seen, felt or heard.. even tasted, but no god can be seen, felt heard or tasted and that to me makes it a moot point.. I wont believe in any god until the day I can detect one with my own senses. Until then I doubt any god and it is up for debate..

If “perfect harmony” implies creation, then is God not perfectly harmonious or was he created as well? I’m not saying God doesn’t exist, but as proofs go, this is pretty lame.
