I’m counting down to doing mine. Today my friend gets off work, I go to his house, let everything cool and then next day we work all day on my clutch. No lift? much like yourself, if you would have don’t this without taking breaks, how long do you think it would have been? Or added time together of actual work? Thanks.

If you have all the parts? ready, less than a day, even faster if you have help. If you dont already have one, I would download the factory service manual, you can find it for free if you google it. Pretty good step by step instructions in it.

Yeah I got the clutch kit and a new flywheel, all oem but aftermarket oem. My buddie and I are gonna do it, he says its gonna take us at least 8 hours or more depending on what goes wrong (lol), but I knew a guy (with a lift though) could do a honda clutch in 30 min using power tools. I remember we timed him, it took him 20 to get it off, and 10 to get it on, and it was fing quick. So I figured like maybe 4 hours n all, but, who knows. I also have my Haynes? for my Sol.

Im not sure what the haynes manual has but the FSM is real good for a first timer. it tells you every part that has to come off, pics of everything, and torque specs for every nut and bolt? lol. I would recommend it, and it would probably make the job faster too.
