This is cool, but another alternative idea to the plunger and glue is to just tape the lens to the body cap mount with black gaffers tape..? That’s what I did because I couldn’t find the plunger, and I’m glad I did.. it works great and you don’t have to glue up the lens. You can also shift with it as well, don’t know if you can do that with the plunger or not.
