sounds like bad wiring or a fuse-able link that has gone bad…..check ur batt cable ends and make sure tehy r in good condition and tight….also a bad starter can also b the culprit(not often but possible)
aslo have u checked the belt/belt tensioner??? cas a loose belt will also cause this problem…..but it shud b making noise(squealing) if this is the problem….good luck…if u check this and still have problem… post again
