Well when my cats always come in from outside my dog always attacks my cats. And if we are petting it my dog runs up and bites my cat.And if I call it my dog comes.

Your dog is jealous – all dogs get that way because they have to be the center of your world. The only thing you can do really is administer punishment and get the dog some training. I don’t mean punishment like hit the dog, just make him sit outside and don’t let him in for a little while (like time out) or get a kennel and lock him in there and repeat NO to the dog. Sooner or later he’ll understand.
My dogs are loving with our cats; but they can be mean and rough at times, but usually now cats have house rule because we tried the method above.
dogs like to be the center of attention, and sadly your cats are the only thing that’s standing in your dog’s way of being the center of attention. your dog will be very mean to the cat, but there’s not much you can do about it.
Give your dog plenty of love. Pets get jealous of each other. Let them play but make sure the dog isn’t playing too rough. Sometimes cats can play as rough and you think it’s hurting the cat when it’s not. Sometimes when you get a new pet, you have to show the older one you don’t love the new one more by showing the older one much love.
