Online dating site-long distance relationship question?

My Asian coworker is dating a guy from her culture she met in Online dating site. It is long distance relationship They plan to meet after 7-8 conversations or when they are ready to meet personally. Should s** be talked before their in person meeting or one waits to talk about s** till after one meets couple of times.
In her culture usually one waits to discuss s** but lately a lot of guys do it right away…
