Co-workers worry me, I can’t mount bureau politics, ***ociation policies worry me, it’s similar to I am never happy or satisfied.

I am customarily happy in the commencement when everybody is good & I’m guidance things but after couple of months, I begin feeling bored. I am so fearful I will never get anywhere in hold up in my career. I have a grade in History but I work in Administrative or Finance departments.

I do not unequivocally have a personal hold up (no relationship) so my pursuit is really critical to me.

I have to be challenged and encouraged and really couple of managers appear to know how to do that.

What can I do?
