Ok i know alot of people will think “Omg shes a slag ect.” But seriosuly though if your not gonna give me good advice dont bother.
Im coming on 14 and i want to learn how to pole dance, just for a hobby I dont want to make it my job when im older or anything like that.
So what sort of things will i need to work on fitness wise? Upper arm strenth and stuff like that? I need to loose weight anyway.. just a few tips and tricks would be helpful x
