What is the best Racing game for X-box Live, and allows multi-player online.?

My brother and I play allot of X-box online (X-box Live). We love games that you can link up and compete in.
We are looking for a Racing game, that doesn’t bore, and has great graphics.
Any advice from personal experience, not from online search engines would be great 
Forza Motorsport 3. ‘Nuff said.
Forza Motorsport 3 has great graphics and a huge amount of cars to choice from and online play.
